All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable. No refunds will be provided for final payments on all orders. Dates are transferable at the discretion of Azúcar Creations, Inc. and dependent on availability if a cancellation should arise. We will try to accommodate a new date as best we can. Final payments are due two weeks prior to the event date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returned checks will be charged $60 additional charge and only cash will be accepted going forward.
In case of a weather emergency i.e., hurricane, we will monitor the storm and keep you informed of possible order cancellations or changes. If the client has not cancelled the order for a later date, the client is responsible for the collection of goods regardless of storm status. No credits nor refunds will be provided. If a cancellation is made ahead of the goods preparations, the event date will be transferred to a later date. No refunds will be provided only credits towards a later scheduled event date.
